We are now looking for an Internal Communication Responsible to H&M. The worklocation will be in central Stockholm and you will be hired as a consultant through KIMM/Wise Professionals. The role
H&M Buying department is looking for an Internal Communications Responsible. Are you the right person to develop our internal communication?
As H&M Buying Office Internal Communication Responsible you will be an important interface by supporting the business activities. You will take full responsibility for our internal communication and work with everything from strategies to processes to reach the goals set for H&M Buying department. We need you to find out the easiest and best way to support our employees with internal communication and take it to the next level.
You will work to ensure that the content and tone-of-voice of materials and initiatives are in line with the identity of H&M’s brand and you will establish processes, guidelines and templates for use. You will help identify, analyse and formulate needs when it comes to HR communication matters, and act on them in close contact and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders, as well as with external creators and vendors.Qualifications
We think that you are a digitally savvy person who has already gained professional experience in internal communication. You have a proven record and have successfully developed and managed the implementation of internal communication strategies and know how to make it easy and accessible. You are a strong communicator with a well-developed ability of expressing yourself, both in written and spoken English and Swedish.

You find it easy to adapt to change and you are very well-organized. You like to work in an environment that changes and you approach your tasks with strong commitment and assertiveness.
